Hammersmith and City Line: No service between Hammersmith and Edgware Road while we fix a signal failure at Westbourne Park. SEVERE DELAYS on the rest of the line. Tickets are being accepted on London Buses. Customers for Notting Hill Carnival are advised to take a Circle line train anticlockwise to Paddington and then walk to complete their journey.
